The VWS membership year is from January 01 thru December 31.    Membership is renewable annually BEFORE January 01 of the new year.

Membership renewal is easy...just follow these steps:

Step One: Click on this link to download the MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FORM

Step Two: Print and fill it out

Step Three: Mail the completed form along with a check or money order for $35 to the VWS Treasurer as directed on the form.

Important Note
If membership is not renewed by January 01 of the new year, your membership will go into delinquency until payment is received during which time you will not be able to participate in any VWS sponsored exhibitions, events, workshops or meetings.  If your membership remains delinquent for one year, your membership will be terminated along with your Signature Member Status if obtained.
